Dr. YU Wai Bing (余惠冰) is a senior teaching fellow in the Department of Educational Policy and Administration, joined the Institute in 2005. She is the deputy coordinator of the Education Policy Forum of the Institute. Dr. YU got her PhD in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, her research interest are mainly on teaching profession, staff development and school improvement. Dr. YU participates actively in the local educational policy discourses, she also engages actively in the professionalization of the Hong Kong teaching community. She is the elected chairperson of the Council on Professional Conduct in Education (教育人員專業操守議會) since 2008.
