Effectiveness of English language education reform process: A comparative study of four territories in East Asia

This project aims to develop a preliminary framework to evaluate the effectiveness of educational reform regarding English language education in four territories in East Asia, namely, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan, through document research. This will make a meaningful contribution to the field of language-in-education policy, a research field regaining its significance recently.
