Managing School Intellectual Capital by Boisot’s I-space Knowledge Management Model
This project aims to determine the utility of Boisot’s I-Space knowledge management model for enhancing intellectual capital in the context of school education. This study provides the means to develop and measure school IC by using Kelly (2004a) and Cheng (2015a) IC models. A mixed-method approach were adopted as the research strategy. Qualitative interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted to collect data to identify the indicators of intellectual capital, effective IC management practices and corresponding organizational factors.
