Policy Support for Academic Development of Students from Low Income Families: Cases from Hong Kong and Korea

The policy provision to support academic development of students from low income families will be compared across the two contexts of Hong Kong and Beijing. The comparison of policy discourses, the drivers and shapers of the policy, student experiences, as well as their impact on the focal groups' academic achievement will enable the investigators to contribute to improving educational equity.
